A Manager can "become" users on their Team
The Manager role has access to the users relegated to their specific team or office or however you'd like to delineate them. They can invite/create users, see user activity, become other users, reset their passwords, suspend and remove accounts, and download analytics of their team. Managers and users can both unlock gray locked layers (if they are shown how).
To assign a User as a Manager
1. Go to the Admin Panel and select the Users tab -> Users
2. Use the side filter to find the user
3. Select their Actions dropdown -> Edit
4. Use the side panel to assign them Manager
5. You can also assign them as a Compliance Manager if they also need to review compliance submissions for their team
You can reach out to your Success Manager to disable inviting and adding user options for managers. This is especially helpful if you have SSO (Single Sign On) setup.
