# How to Fix a Black Box Logo

## When a logo file has a white, black, or colored background, the platform may display it as a solid box instead of rendering the logo correctly—especially when it auto-populates into designs.

1. Click your name in the top-right corner and go to **Account.**
2. Select **Account Information.**
3. Scroll down to the **Logo section.**
4. If your current logo has a background color, remove it.
5. Upload a **transparent PNG** version of your logo.
6. Scroll down and click **Save Account Information.**
7. Once saved, your logo will auto-populate correctly in your designs without appearing as a black or white box.

**Note: for best results, always use a transparent PNG logo when uploading logos to the platform.**
