Working with another user? You can share a duplicate directly to their dashboard!
To copy a design to another user's dashboard, click the Share button. Under Other Options, select Copy to User. Enter the email address of the user(s) and click Send Email. A copy of your design will be saved to the user's dashboard.
From the Designer:
1. In the top menu bar of the designer, click Share.
2. Under the Other Options menu, select Copy to User.
From the Dashboard:
1. Use the 3-dot menu in the top right of the design
2. Click Share
Then...
3 . Enter Recipient Information
Add the email address of the user you’d like to share the design with. To share with multiple users, separate each email with a comma.
5. Click Send Email and the recipient will be notified of the copied design that will now appear on their dashboard.
Note: This action creates a copy. Any edits made by the other user will not affect your original design. Recipients of this design will be able to pick up where you left off (this includes the original user's contact information, the original property information, etc.).
