# How Can I Share my Design With Other Users?

## Working with another user? You can easily share a duplicate of your design directly to another user’s dashboard so they can continue working from where you left off.

When you share a design using **Copy to User**, a copy of the design is created and saved to the recipient’s dashboard.

**Share a Design from the Designer**

1. In the **top menu bar** of the designer, click **Share**.
2. Under **Other Options**, select **Copy to User**.
3. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the design with.
4. Choose whether you'd like the shared design to include **your contact information** or **the recipient's contact information**.
5. Click **Share copy with user**.

***S*hare a Design from the Dashboard**

1. Locate the design on your **Dashboard**.
2. Click the **three-dot (⋯) menu** in the top-right corner of the design.
3. Click **Share**.
4. Under **Other Options**, select **Copy to User**.
5. Enter the recipient’s email address(es).
6. Choose whether you'd like the shared design to include **your contact information** or **the recipient's contact information**.
7. Click **Send Email**.

*Note: This action creates a copy. Any edits made by the other user will not affect your original design. Recipients of this design will be able to pick up where you left off (this includes the original user's contact information, the original property information, etc.).*

**Good to know**

- The recipient needs an **existing Maxa Designs account** for the copy to land in their dashboard — sharing doesn’t create one for them.
