# Creating subcategories in a category.

## Subcategories allow you to organize templates within a category

1\. Login, click the right corner where your **USERNAME** appears and select **ADMIN.**

When **on the ADMIN page, you must click on CATEGORIES** (for example, **Business Cards**) to which you want to add a** SUB-CATEGORY **and **click on ACTIONS.**

4\. Select **EDIT.**

On the **EDIT CATEGORY **page, scroll down to the **SUB-CATEGORY section**.

6\. On the **SUB-CATEGORY**section, select **ADD NEW SUB-CATEGORY,** and you can **ADD THE SUB-CATEGORY. **Add the name you want to assign to the** SUB-CATEGORY **and click **UPDATE CATEGORY so that the changes are fully saved.**

When you return to your **DASHBOARD,** you will see that the new **SUB-CATEGORY** has been added successfully in the **CATEGORY. **Then you can assign the designs you want to that specific **SUB-CATEGORY.**
