How to add Property Information and Photos to a Design Already Opened or Saved

If you have an existing design and need to add or update a property, use Property Search to quickly load listing information and photos into your design.

1. From the left panel, click Apps, then select Property Search.

2. Enter the MLS Number and select the correct property from the search results. Property information will automatically populate the design where applicable.

3. Select the photos you'd like to add to your design, or click Upload All Pictures to import all available images. 

Selected photos are also saved to your Image Files panel, in a folder named after the property's address, for easy access later.

4. Click Apply to load the property information and selected photos into your design.

5. Review your design and make any additional edits needed to fit your branding or marketing needs.

Good to know

  • MLS must be integrated for property information to load. If Property Search is grayed out, MLS isn't connected — reach out to your Success Manager to ask about MLS integrations.
  • Selected photos are also saved to your Media folder in the left side panel, under a folder named after the property's address, for easy access later.
