How can I limit content access to certain users, user groups, or offices?

Using our User Groups, Offices, and/or Teams options, you can allow certain groups of users to see designs exclusive to them.

Options:

User Groups: Segment users (e.g., New Agents, Luxury Team) and assign categories/templates accordingly.

Offices: Customize branding and template visibility per office. Great for multi-location teams. And especially great for different locations/teams with different logos all accessing the same master templates. 

 

To create a User Group or Office

1. Go to the Users dropdown menu in the top navigation and select User Groups or Offices. 

2. Name your User Group or Office and save at the bottom of the page. 

3. Then go to the Users dropdown -> Users to your User list. You can batch assign users by selecting multiple users and using Batch Actions

 

Or assign users individually by using their Actions dropdown -> Edit and scroll down to the Organization section and select the User Group or Office the user should be assigned to. 

 

Then assign the category to the corresponding user group so that it's exclusive to them. You can manage this in the Designs dropdown -> Categories. 

If you're creating a New Category or using Actions -> Edit to an existing category, scroll down to the bottom of the category profile page to Restriction Notes. 

Select Limit to User Group or Limit to Office and then choose the corresponding User Group or Office name. 

 

You can also make categories available to a specific Team by choosing the Selected Managers in the Available to: field.
