If your users sign on using the native login credentials to this platform, password reset can be managed in the User's Account Information as well as the admin panel.
You can easily reset an agent’s password directly from the Admin Panel. This is helpful when someone forgets their login or needs a new password quickly.
Here's How:

Click on your avatar and select Admin Panel from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Users tab to see the full list of agents on the platform.

Find the agent whose password you want to reset and click the Actions button next to their name.

From the dropdown, select Reset Password. A reset link will be sent to the agent’s email.
- You can also create a new password from scratch by choosing Actions -> Edit, scroll down to the Password field and input a new one.
*Note, if you use SSO to sign in, no passwords are required for login, so no password resets are necessary. Please ensure that your user's email matches what is in your backoffice/intranet, this will allow them to sign in for the first time, which creates their account, and updates their account in subsequent sign ins. If you have further problems signing in with SSO, please reach out to your Success Manager.
