# How Do I Set Up a Partner for Co-listing?

## If you create co-branded or co-listed designs, you can save your partner's information to quickly add it to future designs.

A **partner** is someone you work with, such as another agent, a lender, or a team member. Saving a partner stores their contact information, headshot, and logo so they can automatically populate into co-branded templates.

***Note:*** *Adding a partner does* ***not*** *create an account for them. It simply saves their information for future use.*

**1.** Click your **name or avatar** in the top-right corner of the platform. Select **Account** \> **Partners**.

**2.** Click **Add a New Partner**. Fill in your partner's available information, including their contact details. If applicable, upload their **headshot** and **logo**.

**3.** Click **Create Partner** to save the profile.

**4. Use Your Partner in a Design.** When you open a **co-branded template**, you'll be prompted to select a partner from your saved list.

Once selected, their contact information, headshot, and logo will automatically populate the partner section of the design.

**Good to know**

- **Editing or deleting a partner:** go to **Account \> Partners**, select the partner, and update or remove their profile.
- You can save **multiple partners** — useful if you regularly co-brand with different agents, lenders, or team members.
- Don’t see the partner prompt? It only appears on templates built with a **co-branded layout** (two sets of headshot/contact placeholders) — standard single-agent templates won’t trigger it.
