How do I archive or restore a user?

Archived Users are no longer counted towards your seat count or analytics.

Archiving a user removes their access without deleting their data. This is useful for temporary deactivations while keeping their designs and history intact.

Archiving a User can be access in the Admin Panel

  1. Click on your avatar and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the Users in the Users dropdown

  3. Select the User's ACTIONS dropdown menu and click Archive

  4. This will remove them from the active user list and place them in the Archived Users page available in the Users dropdown menu. From here, you can click on the Archived User's Actions dropdown menu and select Restore
