# How does Text Replace Work?

## The Text Replace feature sets a text box to automatically populate information such as the agent's name, contact details, property specifications, and more.

To set a text box with text replace, **right click** on any text and click on the button **Text Replace**, choose from the options in the left panel.

**OR**:

1\. In the bottom left, click **Settings** and enable **Show All Upload Zones**.

2\. All mapped images and texts will be highlighted in green.

3\. In the left panel, choose from **Profile**, **Partner Profile**, **Properties**, **Market Stats**, etc. 

- Note: To change or update text replace fields, make sure you're editing the Master Template. You can access this mode by selecting the template in the category, use the 3-dot menu to select **Edit Master Template. **

- From the Admin Panel, find the master template in the Designs tab and use the ACTIONS -\> Open in Designer to make your changes.

*Note: Changing text replace fields on designs that are **not***master templates will not affect any change since the design is already on a user's dashboard and no longer a master template version.
