When you start creating a design that includes placeholders for a property(s), a property search window will appear before you enter the designer interface. Simply input the MLS# to find the property, review the details, make any necessary modifications, select the photos you want to use, and then click on Next.
- In your dashboard, pick the desired design and click on create design.
- If it's a design with a property or multiple property mapped in it, you'll see a property search bar, enter the MLS# or address and you will have options to choose the right property, click on the right one.
- All fields will be automatically populated for you, allowing you to edit them as needed. You can also select one or more images to include in your design with the assistance of AI.
- Once you're ready, click the confirmation box and then the blue button that says next.
- If it is a multiple property design, you will follow the same steps and then click on add another property following the same steps and then click on create design.
If you want to change what listing is used for a design already saved on your dashboard, you can update the information by opening up the Integrations tab from the left panel and choosing Integrations > Property Search
Can't find your listing?
There may be a few reasons why the listing is not available:
1. The feed connected to your platform may only contain listings from your brokerage only. If the listing is part of another brokerage, it may not show up in the feed.
2. The listing may not yet be synced into our feed. Most listing feeds sync every 2 hours.
3. The contact information on the listing may not match up with the agent information in the platform. The agent or marketing department may need to investigate the listing itself to ensure information matches up.
4. If you've confirmed the above and there is no problem with the listing itself, please reach out to support to Report a Bug and our team will look into the issue.
Best practice for missing listings is to skip the MLS search page, click Create and manually input the data into the design itself.
