# How to Add Your HTML Email Signature to Your Email Account

## You can export your email signature as an HTML file and add it to your email account to keep your branding and formatting consistent across emails.

**Steps**

1. Once your email signature design is ready, click **Share**
2. Under the **HTML export** options, select **HTML Code**

3. In the next window, click **Download HTML File**

4. Open the downloaded file and copy all of the content

**Add the Signature to Your Email Account**

1. Go to your email account settings (for example, Gmail). **Note:** Steps may vary slightly depending on your email provider, but the process of pasting the HTML content is the same.
2. Go to your email account **Settings** and locate the section where you can **edit your email signature**.
3. Paste the copied HTML content into the signature field
4. Click **Save**
