How to Create Your Own Two Agent Design

If you don’t see a co-branded or two-agent design available, you can always create your own by customizing a standard template.

Create a Two-Agent Design from Any Template

  1. Search for a design you want to use (for example, a Flyer).
  2. Select the design and click Create Design.
  3. Allow the design to fully load.

You’ll see your logo, photo, and contact information already populated.

Duplicate Agent Information

To add a second agent:

  1. Click on an empty area and drag your mouse to select all the text and elements related to the first agent.
  2. Press Command + C to copy.
  3. Press Command + V to paste.
  4. Drag the duplicated content to the desired position.

Tip: Selecting Specific Elements

  • If selecting becomes difficult, open the Layers panel.
  • Hold Shift and select only the layers you want to move or copy.

Manage Upload Zones

Some images or shapes may be set as Upload Zones, which can limit movement or resizing.

Remove an Upload Zone

  1. Right-click on the image or shape.
  2. Click Upload Zone. The green dot indicating it is an upload zone will be removed.

Once removed, you can freely resize or reposition the element.

Add Headshots Using Shapes

  1. Go to Shapes and add a circle (or square).
  2. Resize and position the shape where you want the photo.
  3. Copy and paste the shape to ensure both photos are the same size.
  4. Right-click each shape and select Upload Zone.
  5. Open the Uploads tab.
  6. Click a headshot to place it into the selected upload zone.
  7. Repeat for the second agent.

Add Logos

  1. Open the Uploads tab.
  2. Upload or select a transparent PNG logo.
  3. Place the logo where needed in the design.

Add a Partner for Future Co-Branded Designs

To use official co-branded or two-agent templates, you must first add a partner.

Add a Partner

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Account > Partners.
  3. Click Add New Partner.
  4. Fill out all required information.
  5. Upload:
    • A high-quality headshot
    • A transparent PNG logo
  6. Scroll down and click Create Partner.

Use a Co-Branded or Two-Agent Template

  1. Search for a co-branded or two-agent design.
  2. Click Create Design.
  3. Select your partner when prompted.
  4. Click Create.

The partner’s information will automatically populate into the design.
