# How to Manually Add Listings

## If your listing isn't live in the MLS yet, hasn't synced to the platform, or you're promoting an off-market property, you can manually create a listing and use it to generate your marketing materials.

**1. Select a Template:** From your Dashboard, browse the template categories or use the search bar to find the design you'd like to create, then click **Create Design.**

**2. Create a Manual Listing:** In the property selection window, click **Manual Listing**, located below the property search bar.

**3. Create a Manual Listing:** Complete the property information form with your listing details. Once you've filled out the required fields, check the confirmation box at the bottom of the page and click **Create Listing**.

**4. Select Your Listing:** Your newly created property will now appear in the list of available listings. Select it, then click **Next**. Your design will be generated using the information you entered.

**5. Reuse Your Manual Listings:** All manually added listings are saved to your account. The next time you create a design, choose from your saved manual listings or your synced MLS listings.

**Good to know**

Manually added listings remain available in your account until you choose to delete them, making it easy to reuse them for future marketing materials.
