How to Setup Your Profile / Account Information

With Account Information setup, your profile/contact information will automatically populate onto designs where this information is set to load.

To set up your profile, click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the platform, go to “Account Information,” and fill in all your contact details and preferences. This ensures your personal info populates correctly across templates.
Don’t forget to Save!

1. Access Your Profile
Click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select “Account” > “Account Information.”

2. Enter Your Information
Fill in your contact details such as name, phone number, and email.
Upload a profile picture.

Set your personal preferences if needed.

3. Save Changes
Scroll down and click “Save Account Information” to confirm and update your profile.
