Suspending users can help you deactivate them from the platform and also keep the actual count of active users on the platform.
1. To SUSPEND USERS, you must first enter the platform as ADMINISTRATOR. Click on the right corner where your USERNAME appears and go to ADMIN. %2017-22-08-png.png)

3. In the search engine, filter the Name or E-mail of the USER to whom you want to SUSPEND, click on ACTIONS, and select ARCHIVED USER. In this way, the user will be immediately suspended from the platform.

4. In case it is required to RESTORE the USER ACCOUNT, it is necessary to select USERS and then click on ARCHIVED USERS.

5. Again, from the search engine, filter the Name or E-mail of the USER to whom you want to RESTORE, click on ACTIONS, and select RESTORE USER. The USER will be automatically ACTIVATED on the platform.

***Be careful when selecting the option to DELETE USER FOREVER, as this action CANNOT BE RESTORE, and ALL the user account information will be permanently removed from the platform.
