How to Set a Design as a Master Template

Designs can be published as Master Templates, making them available to users within a selected category where they can create and edit their own versions.

Note: Designs that are not set as Master Templates remain personal versions saved only to a specific user’s dashboard and are not visible to others.

Set a Design as a Master Template (Individual design)

  1. Go to the Admin Panel and click Designs → Designs.



  2. ​​The designs list will display from newest to oldest and will include designs from all platform users.To quickly find a specific design, you can use the Filter panel on the side and search by User.



  3. Once you find the design, click the design’s Actions dropdown and select Edit.



  4. Enable Is Template.

  5. Select one or more categories (and a subcategory, if applicable).

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Design.

Set Multiple Designs as Master Templates (Batch Action)

You can also set multiple designs as Master Templates at once:

  1. From the main Designs list, select the designs you want to update.

  2. Click Batch Actions and choose Set as Master Template.

  3. Select the category (or categories) where the designs should be published.

The selected designs will automatically be set as Master Templates and placed in the chosen category.
