How to Use Market Stats in Automated Marketing Packages (AMP)

AMP Market Stats allows you to generate beautiful, data-driven marketing packages for your neighborhoods. This article will walk you through how to add a neighborhood, enable Auto-Pilot, and manually create packages.

Step 1: Add a Neighborhood

  1. Go to Market Stats Packages in your dashboard.

  2. Click on My Neighborhoods.

  3. Click Add Neighborhood and enter the name of the area/location and property type you want to track.

  4. You can add multiple individual neighborhoods or areas if you’d like.

Step 2: Enable Auto-Pilot (Optional)


 For each neighborhood you add, you can choose whether or not to enable Auto-Pilot.

  • If enabled:
    Once you click View Package, the system will automatically generate a package using the latest month’s data.
    Auto-Pilot will then continue to trigger once per month, creating a new package for that neighborhood each time updated data is received from your provider.

  • If not enabled:
    You can still manually generate a package. Just click View Package, then select Create New Package, and choose the package you want.

Tips:

  • You can turn Auto-Pilot on or off for each neighborhood individually.

  • You’ll still be able to customize or update packages once they’re created.

  • Check back monthly if you’d like to view or share updated versions.
