In Designer, you can create a QR code or add a saved QR code to your design. From the QR Code Management page in your account, you can review usage and analytics, manage Quick Access, download QR codes, and delete codes you no longer need. **What’s Improved** 1. **Quick Access —** Reuse saved QR codes in Designer without recreating them. 2. **QR Code Management —** View and manage all your QR codes from one account page. 3. **PNG and SVG downloads —** Download QR codes for digital or print use. 4. **Usage and analytics —** See where each QR code is being used and review its scan performance. 5. **Clear management controls —** Remove a QR code from Quick Access without affecting existing designs, or permanently delete it from the QR Code Management page. --- **How to create a QR Code** 1. In **Designer**, open **Apps** from the left-hand menu. 2. Select **QR Codes**. 3. Enter an optional **Title** to make the QR code easier to identify later. 4. Enter the **URL** you want the QR code to open. In **Designer**, open **Apps** from the left-hand menu. 2. Select **QR Codes**. 3. Select the QR code you want to use.   **MAXA adds the saved QR code to your current design. Quick Access keeps your saved QR codes easy to find and reuse.** --- **Managing your QR Codes** You can view and manage all your saved QR codes from the **QR Codes** page in your account. 1. Click your **avatar** in the top-right corner. 2. Select **Account**. 3. The QR code remains active, stays in existing designs and templates, and remains available from the QR Code Management page. | | **Delete** | QR Code Management page | Permanently deletes the QR code and removes it from the designs and templates where it is being used. This cannot be undone. | **Removing a QR Code from Quick Access** To remove a QR code from Quick Access: 1. In Designer, open **Apps** and select **QR Codes**. 2. Find the QR code under **Quick Access**. 3. Open its three-dot menu. 4. The QR code remains available from the QR Code Management page and continues working in existing designs and templates.** The user can add it back to Quick Access later by enabling its **Quick Access** toggle from the management page. **Permanently Deleting a QR Code** To permanently delete a QR code: 1. Click your avatar and select **Account**. 2. Select **QR Codes**. 3. Open the three-dot menu for the QR code. 4. Select **Delete**. 5. Confirm that you want to delete it. **Deleting a QR code permanently removes it from the designs and templates where it is being used. It will also be excluded from future exports, downloads, and print files.** **Important: Deleting a QR code is permanent and cannot be undone. Historical analytics will remain available, but the deleted QR code will no longer collect new scan data.** If an affected design is already open when the QR code is deleted, the change may appear after the design is refreshed, saved, exported, downloaded, or reopened. MAXA will notify the user when the update is applied. **FAQ** **- Do I need to add a title to my QR code?**No. Only the URL is required. Adding a title makes the QR code easier to identify and manage later. **- If I remove a QR code from Quick Access, does it stop working?**No. Removing it only takes it out of the Quick Access list in Designer. It remains active in existing designs and templates and stays available from the QR Code Management page. **- Can I add a removed QR code back to Quick Access?**Yes.
