How to Become an Agent from a Manager Profile

Managers can switch into the dashboards of users who are assigned to them. 

Note: You can only become users who are assigned to you as a Manager.

  1. From the Dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Account > Team.

  3. You will see a list of all your assigned team members.

  4. Click the three dots to the right of the user you want to access.

  5. Select Become. You will be redirected to that user’s dashboard, allowing you to view and manage their account as if you were logged in as them.
