This feature can also be skipped to enter information manually. Sometimes, listings may not be found for various reasons, including sync timing with MLS feeds, misalignment of agent information on the listing and in the platform, or various issues from the MLS. **Our platform typically syncs MLS updates every 2-4 hours**, so if a new listing is added or has a status change, it should appear within that timeframe. If you're having trouble locating a property, try searching using both the address and the MLS ID. If the property still doesn't appear, try entering the MLS ID character by character to ensure accuracy. Depending on some MLS feeds, you may only have access to your brokerage's listings. If you are trying to pull a listing not associated with your brokerage, then the listing will not appear.  Also check that the agent information on the listing is the same as the agent information in our platform. There have been instances where a maiden name is listed with the MLS, but a married name is used in the company intranet/platform information, so the listing is not syncing properly. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you always have the option to [manually add the listing. ](https://support.maxadesigns.com/knowledge/how-to-manually-add-listings?hsLang=en)     1\. A pop-up will display where you can add the **address/MLS number, **then click **CREATE DESIGN**. Then, a final reminder new window will display.
