The MLS is not finding my listing

Sometimes, listings may not be found for various reasons, including sync timing with MLS feeds, misalignment of agent information on the listing and in the platform, or various issues from the MLS.

Our platform typically syncs MLS updates every 2-4 hours, so if a new listing is added or has a status change, it should appear within that timeframe.

If you're having trouble locating a property, try searching using both the address and the MLS ID.

If the property still doesn't appear, try entering the MLS ID character by character to ensure accuracy.

Depending on some MLS feeds, you may only have access to your brokerage's listings. If you are trying to pull a listing not associated with your brokerage, then the listing will not appear. 

Also check that the agent information on the listing is the same as the agent information in our platform. There have been instances where a maiden name is listed with the MLS, but a married name is used in the company intranet/platform information, so the listing is not syncing properly.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you always have the option to manually add the listing. 

1. Select the TEMPLATE of your preference and click CREATE DESIGN

2. A pop-up will display where you can add the address/MLS number, then click CREATE DESIGN. To bypass the MLS property importer, click CREATE DESIGN without adding an address/MLS number.

3. Then, a final reminder new window will display. To continue without adding the property, click CREATE DESIGN

4. The design you selected will open, and you can customize it. In the left menu of TOOLS, click on UPLOADS to add photos from your computer or search for free images from our gallery.

5. When you select the ELEMENTS, a top toolbar will appear, and you can customize your template with all the editor tools.
6. Click SAVE.
