How to Get Help

If you need support while using the platform, you have two main options on the Support button in the top right corner besides your avatar: Get Help to submit an issue, or Help Center to browse help articles and tutorials. You can also visit the Tutorials tab to guide you through various features of the platform.

1. Use the “Get Help” section to report a problem or request support.
  Follow the prompts and include as many details as possible — the more specific you are, the easier it will be for us to assist you as fast as possible.
2. Browse the “Help Center” for articles covering frequently asked questions and tutorials. This is a great first stop for quick self-service solutions.
3. Click Tutorials for tips and tricks on Platform Basics and Design Editor features.
