Designs can be downloaded, emailed, shared to other users and social media, and printed.
Once you’re done creating your design, there are several different ways you can share it. Click Share in the top menu of the designer or in the 3-dot menu on your design in the dashboard to access your sharing options.
Copy Website Link
Copying this URL allows you to share the design in a website link. From the “website”, the design can be viewed, shared, or downloaded. This is a great alternative to sharing multi-page designs that may be too large to share through all email agents.
Business
Under the Business category, you will see the option to share via Facebook Business Page or Instagram Business Account.
- Make sure you have a professional/business profile on the platform you choose to share your design to.
- Select either Facebook or Instagram.
- Follow the steps to connect through Meta and share your design.
Keep in mind you can only schedule out up to 30 days in advance.
Social Media
Under the Social Media category, you will see the option to share via X, LinkedIn or Threads.
- To post your design, login to the platform of your choice and allow Maxa Designs to share to your profile.
- Type out your caption, utilizing the caption suggestion, AI writer or translation options if you prefer.
- Click Share.
Other Options
Under Other Options, you’ll see additional ways you can share your design.
Download: quickly export your design by choosing your preferred file type
Send in Email: allows you to send an attachment of your design via email1. Click Send in Email
2. In the Email field, add the recipient’s email address (if multiple addresses, separate with a comma)
3. Type the subject line of your email
4. Add a message to the body of your email
5. Click the dropdown menu to select the file type you would like for the design to be sent as.
6. Click Share.
Copy to User: allows you to share an exact copy of your design to another user’s dashboard
1. Click Copy to User
2. Enter the email address of the user you’d like to share a copy of your design with. To share with multiple users, separate their email with a comma
3. Click Send Email
Email Campaign: allows you to send your design as an email campaign through Constant Contact or MailChimp.
1. Click Email Campaign
2. Click Connect on the email platform you would like to send your campaign on.
3. Login and authorize Maxa Designs to share through the platform.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your campaign details and share!
Schedule allows you to schedule your social media posts for a future date. Your social accounts must be connected first in order to schedule.
