# What are Market Stats, and how does it work?

## Market Stats provide up-to-date real estate market data that can be automatically added to your marketing materials — such as homes sold, median sale price, average days on market, active listings, and other local market trends.

**The Market Stats Integration connects real-time data from your provider to templates, so this information is automatically pulled into supported templates without manual entry.**

**1. Open a Market Stats Template:** Select a template that includes Market Stats and click Create Design. A Market Stats setup window will open, prompting you to enter the market information you'd like to display.

**2. Select Your Market:** Choose the location and any available filters, such as **property type**, based on the options provided by your Market Stats integration. If your template compares **multiple markets,** you'll be prompted to enter information for each location included in the design.

**3. Generate Your Design:** Once you've entered your market information, continue creating your design. The selected Market Stats will automatically populate the template.

***Note:*** *Market Stats is an optional add-on feature. If your templates don't prompt you to enter Market Stats information, please contact your marketing department or leadership team to confirm whether this feature is available for your account.*
