Adding and Inviting New Users

There are a few ways users can be added to a platform. 

1. SSO (Single Sign On): If you have a company backoffice/CRM/intranet from where users are accessing the platform, the first time they click to join the platform, their account will automatically be created. This is an automated user management option.

2. Invite User: This option sends a white labeled email to the user, where it prompts them to create a password and fill out their account information. This is a more branded, "official" onboarding experience for the users.

3. Add User (Manually create their account) Individual users can be created in the User tab in the Admin Panel. You only need their first and last name, email, and create a password for their account to be created. Users can always change their own passwords and fill out the rest of their Account Information. 

4. Bulk Upload Users from a Spreadsheet: (With Maxa's Help)Reach out to your Success Manager and our development team can bulk upload users from a spreadsheet with one password that users can change once they sign into the platform. 

Invite Users

1. Click on the upper right corner where your USERNAME appears and select ADMIN.

2. From the admin panel, select the USER TAB, then click on INVITE USER.

3. Enter the new user email and click INVITE.

4. The new user will receive an email invitation to the platform where they will create their own password and can begin using their dashboard. 

Adding a New User Manually

1. In the same USER tab, select NEW USER

2. Fill out their First and Last name, create a password, and select their role. Save at the bottom of the page.
