Assign a Compliance Admin or Compliance Manager
Compliance Admins and Managers have access to the Compliance tab in the Admin panel and can approve designs through the Compliance feature.
The Compliance feature allows you to review designs before they can be exported, printed or shared in any way. It's perfect for ensuring brand consistency and content regulation.

1. Go to the admin panel by clicking on your username and click on admin.
2. Click on the USERS tab, and then in the search filter, place the Name or Email of the user you want to set as compliance admin.
3. Click the ACTIONS button next to their name and select EDIT USER.
4. On the User Account Information page, select the COMPLIANCE ADMIN option on the right side menu.
5. Click UPDATE USER to save changes.
A Compliance Manager will setup a user to only receive compliance notifications from users in their Team and not all users.
You can also set an Office Compliance Manager so they will receive compliance notifications only from users in their Office.
